The plane was about to land. Near the radio mast we looked out over vast rolls and swells that stretched to the horizon, while below figures inched along a spine of the upturned hull that was the mountain. "C'mon," I heard myself say, and we plunged down shirtless, our arms spread against the oncoming clouds.
