FOR YEARS WHENEVER I'D WALK INTO A WESTERN ART GALLERY, my question has always been: how do you take all these paintings into TODAY? The landscapes, the Indians, the cowboys? Santa Fe, Tucson, the Denver Art Museum? The Taos School? So many places. How? Part of me always thought just asking the question was enough. Today I'd say: JUST START PAINTING.
